1. Agreement

These terms govern your use of the website at autoworksys.digital and any enquiry you make about training offered by Autowork Sys (“we”, “us”). By using the site or booking a session, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or book training.

2. Who we are

3. Training nature and no investment advice

Sessions are educational. They teach methods for preparing charts, writing session plans, and keeping trade journals. They are not personalised investment advice, portfolio management, or an invitation to deal in securities. You remain solely responsible for your trading decisions and for compliance with rules that apply to you.

Past examples used in training are illustrative. We do not guarantee trading results, income, or skill outcomes.

4. Bookings and enquiries

Enquiries submitted through this site are requests for information, not automatic bookings. A place or coaching block is confirmed only when we accept in writing and any required deposit is received. Dates may be rescheduled by mutual agreement subject to our refund and cancellation policy.

5. Fees

Fees for sessions are as communicated on our rates page or in a written quote. This website does not process payments. Invoices are issued separately. Prices are informational until confirmed.

6. Intellectual property

Site content, training templates, and materials we provide remain our intellectual property or that of our licensors. You may use templates we give you for your personal trading practice. You may not resell, republish, or teach our materials as your own course without written permission.

7. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the site (including attempting to disrupt it, scraping at unreasonable volume, or submitting abusive or unlawful content through forms). We may refuse service where conduct undermines a safe training environment.

8. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, we are not liable for trading losses, lost profits, or consequential loss arising from use of the site or from educational sessions. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or other liabilities that cannot be excluded under English law.

Our total liability arising from a booked training engagement is limited to the fees you paid us for that engagement.

Links to third parties and references to charting platforms are for convenience. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content or availability.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply if you are a consumer in the UK.

11. Changes

We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms where permitted by law.
