Session flow
From first enquiry to a session template you own — the path most coaching clients walk with us.
Training at Autowork Sys is deliberate and short on spectacle. The sequence below is what a typical session planning coaching block looks like. Journal reviews and chart clinics are shorter paths that share the same planning-and-writing language.
- Enquiry You describe your markets, desk hours, and current journal (or the lack of one). We suggest coaching, a single review, or a clinic — and send available dates.
- Deposit and brief A 30% deposit holds coaching dates. You send three annotated charts and a week of notes before Sitting 1 so we do not waste the first hour on introductions alone.
- Audit sitting Together we map how you prepare levels, when you decide size language, and what your journal actually captures. Gaps are written down, not softened.
- Plan and journal sittings You draft session sheets and complete entries between meetings. We critique invalidation clarity and whether the journal feeds the next morning’s plan.
- Handover The final sitting locks your personal template. You leave with a one-page plan format and a journal structure you can keep without us.
What we ask of you
Bring real charts. Name rule-breaks when they happen. Protect the homework window between sittings — the craft improves on your desk, not only in our rooms.
What we do not do in this flow
We do not issue trade alerts, share a communal watchlist, or grade your P&L. The measure of progress is whether your written plan and your journal start to agree.
Start with an enquiry
If this sequence matches what you need, ask about the next available coaching block or clinic evening.
