2. Data we collect
- Enquiry and contact data: name, email, optional session preference, preferred dates, and message content you submit.
- Booking and billing data: address details needed for invoices, payment references (processed via bank transfer outside this website), and session attendance notes.
- Training materials you send: charts, journal extracts, and notes you choose to share for coaching or review.
- Technical data: limited server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited, timestamps) and cookie data as described in our cookies policy.
We do not ask for account passwords for your brokers, card numbers through this site, or special category data. Please do not send them.

4. Retention
- Enquiry messages: up to 24 months after last contact if no booking follows.
- Client training files and invoices: typically 6 years after the engagement ends (accounting and dispute needs), unless a longer period is required by law.
- Cookie consent choice: stored in your browser until you clear storage or we change the consent key.
- Server logs: ordinarily rotated within 90 days.
5. Sharing
We use service providers who may process data on our behalf (for example email hosting, accounting tools, or website hosting). They are required to protect data and use it only on our instructions. We do not sell personal data.
We may disclose data if required by law or to protect rights, safety, or property.
6. International transfers
If a provider stores data outside the UK, we ensure appropriate safeguards (such as UK adequacy regulations or standard contractual clauses) where required.
7. Your rights
Under UK GDPR you may have rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object, and data portability, and to withdraw consent where processing is consent-based. You may complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).

Training and this site are aimed at adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 18.
